Job purpose
Life Guard shall be responsible for guarding life of visitors, employees and related personnel while utilizing the swimming pools at FOC Facilities.

Duties and responsibilities
· Responsible for the safety inspection of swimming pools, closely observe the behavior of swimmers, timely detect drowning, cramping, collision and other dangerous situations and quick intervention.
· Maintain order in the swimming pool, prevent dangerous behavior (such as diving, chasing, etc.), and ensure that the venue complies with safety regulations.
· Perform professional rescue (e.g. water towing, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, AED, etc.) for drowning, injury or sudden illness and contact the medical team in the first place.
· Ensure that emergency medicines and equipment (life buoy, float board, first aid kit, etc.) are always available.
· Check the swimming pool water quality (such as pH value, residual chlorine content), lifesaving equipment (life pole, whistle, walkie-talkie) and safety signs every day, and timely report or repair potential hazards.
· Supervise the swimming pool cleaning and disinfection process to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
· Assist swimmers in safety education, popularize swimming safety knowledge and self-rescue skills.

·-確保應(yīng)急藥品和設(shè)備(救生圈、浮板、急救箱等)隨時(shí)可用。
·-每天檢查泳池水質(zhì)(如pH值、余氯含量)、救生設(shè)備(救生桿、哨子、對(duì)講機(jī))和安全標(biāo)識(shí),及時(shí)報(bào)告或修復(fù)潛在隱患。
·-監(jiān)督泳池清潔消毒過(guò)程,確保符合衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
·-協(xié)助游泳者進(jìn)行安全教育,普及游泳安全知識(shí)及自救技能。
Qualification
· Hold a nationally certified lifeguard credential (such as the National Vocational Certification for Swimming Lifeguards), Red Cross or AHA first Aid credential (including CPR/AED skills).
· Holders of diving rescue, water rescue instructor certificate or related special equipment operation certificate are preferred.
· Strong physical and endurance, able to maintain a high level of concentration for long periods of time and adapt to outdoor or intense work environments.
· No color blindness, night blindness, heart disease and other health problems affecting the rescue work.
· Strong sense of responsibility, quick response, with calm to deal with emergency psychological quality.
· Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights via reports/PowerPoint.
持有國(guó)家認(rèn)證的救生員資格證(如國(guó)家游泳救生員職業(yè)資格證)、紅十字會(huì)或AHA急救資格證(包括CPR/AED技能)。
持有潛水救援、水上救援教練員證或相關(guān)特種設(shè)備操作證者優(yōu)先考慮。
身體素質(zhì)和耐力強(qiáng),能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保持高度集中,適應(yīng)戶外或緊張的工作環(huán)境。
無(wú)色盲、夜盲癥、心臟病等影響救援工作的健康問(wèn)題。
責(zé)任心強(qiáng),反應(yīng)敏捷,具備冷靜應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件的心理素質(zhì)。
分析和溝通能力:能夠?qū)?fù)雜的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化為可操作的報(bào)告/PowerPoint。
Experience
· At least 1 year life saving experience in swimming pools, water parks or public sports venues.
· Experience in safety assurance for large-scale events (e.g. swimming competitions, water sports shows) is preferred.
至少1年游泳池、水上樂(lè)園或公共運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)所的救生經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
·有大型活動(dòng)(如游泳比賽、水上運(yùn)動(dòng)表演)安全保障經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
Language proficiency
· Language: Fluent in English; A good knowledge of Arabic is preferred. 英語(yǔ),會(huì)阿拉伯語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先
