New product development and new parts design according to GB or international standard
了解國內(nèi)以及國際座椅相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
Good knowledge at GB and international standard about seat
能針對客戶要求提出合理的解決方案
Offer applicable solutions for customers
輸出設(shè)計3維數(shù)據(jù),圖紙
Design output 3D dates and drawings
制訂技術(shù)條件
Specify technical in details
負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品BOM的編制修訂
create and maintain the product BOM list for new product
負(fù)責(zé)首件質(zhì)量放行
Release the initial sample inspection report
負(fù)責(zé)工程變更相關(guān)的工程技術(shù)支持。
Be responsible for engineering change issue technical supporting.
負(fù)責(zé)向設(shè)計開發(fā)部經(jīng)理匯報工作
Report to R&D manager
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持(廠內(nèi)自治和供應(yīng)商加工)
Technical support for our products(in house part and outsourcing parts)
參與供應(yīng)商資格審核。
Involved supplier certification audit issue.
知識技能/KSA
了解TS16949, APQP,裝配工藝,焊接,塑料及機(jī)械加工工藝。
Be familiar with TS16949, APQP, assembly process, welding, plastic and metal part process
具有良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Fluent English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
熟練掌握設(shè)計軟件(CAD,CATIA),掌握Office等辦公軟件應(yīng)用。
Excellent Knowledge of CAD design soft wares (AutoCAD, CATIA) and advanced knowledge of MS-Office
具有良好的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊合作精神。
Good communication skills and team player
熟悉FMEA
Be familiar with FMEA
教育和工作經(jīng)驗/Educatin and Working experience
本科及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)是機(jī)械設(shè)計、工程相關(guān),兩年以上在汽車或工業(yè)制造行業(yè)工作的經(jīng)驗。
Degree or above college in mechanical Engineering, Min. 2 years of work experience with mechanical design
