庫(kù)存管理酒店/民宿
工作職責(zé)
1.根據(jù)酒店的有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求，有效地檢驗(yàn)到貨物品，必須符合酒店要求的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2.按照采購(gòu)單內(nèi)容和數(shù)量，辦理驗(yàn)收手續(xù)。
3.驗(yàn)貨時(shí)如發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)量差錯(cuò)，質(zhì)量不符合要求，應(yīng)拒絕收貨并上報(bào)上級(jí)主管。
4.填制每日收貨匯總表。
5.跟蹤和催收應(yīng)到而未到的物品。
6.做好采購(gòu)單的存檔等工作。
Job Responsibilities
1.According to the relevant regulations and requirements of the hotel, effective inspection of incoming items must meet the quality standards required by the hotel.
2. Handle the acceptance procedures according to the content and quantity of the purchase order.
3.If any quantity errors or quality non-compliance are found during the inspection, the goods should be rejected and reported to the superior supervisor.
4. Fill in the daily receipt summary table.
5. Track and collect items that should have arrived but have not.
6. Do a good job in archiving purchase orders and other related tasks.
任職要求
1.大專以上學(xué)歷.
2. 會(huì)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
3. 為人誠(chéng)實(shí)。
4. 有收貨經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Knowledge and Skills
1. College degree or above
2. Accounting or related majors.
3. Be honest with others.
4. Have experience in receiving goods
