崗位職責(zé)： 1. 新粘合劑產(chǎn)品配方的研制、評(píng)估以及測(cè)試工作； 2. 為研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)室研發(fā)人員創(chuàng)建實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì); 3. 與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員一起制作實(shí)驗(yàn)室小樣本； 4. 根據(jù)客戶要求對(duì)最終產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用進(jìn)行測(cè)試； 5. 進(jìn)行材料樣品分析； 6. 管理多位研發(fā)工程師的工作，以及從事相關(guān)的行政工作； 7. 支持從研發(fā)到生產(chǎn)的技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移； 8. 到客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，為新產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)支持； 9. 評(píng)定新的原材料供應(yīng)商并給予質(zhì)量把控； 10. 確保實(shí)驗(yàn)室的安全和清潔； 11. 完成上級(jí)安排的其它工作。

• Preparation, evaluation and testing of new adhesive formulations.
• Creating design of experiments for R&D Lab Assistant.
• Fabrication of laboratory small-scale samples with his team.

• Testing of end application upon customer request according to desired specification.
• Analysis of material samples.
• Managing laboratory of several chemists and supporting administrative works.
• Support technology transfer from R&D to the production.
• Visit of customer sites and providing technical support for new product applications.
• Identification of new raw material suppliers and support quality control.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the laboratory.
• Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior.

任職要求： 1. 改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)造新的工藝和新產(chǎn)品； 2. 5年以上反應(yīng)型化工產(chǎn)品研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 3. 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)操作能力; 4. 優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通能力，英語可以作為工作語言; 5. 精細(xì)化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士以上學(xué)歷。

• Improve and create new processes and products.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the reactive chemical product development field.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills both in Chinese & English，English can be used as a working language.
• Minimum master’s degree in fine chemical or equivalent.
