JD:
1. Business development for potential market, in charge of regional sales of existing IC products, includes customer development, Design-in, Design-win.
2. Keep good customer relationship and finish sales revenue task.
3. Receive and perform necessary analysis against the customer MRP forecast, notify the related personnel of the customer forecast demand information in a timely manner.
4. Market information collection and requirement feedback.
5. Co-working with FAE, Marketing and Headquarter for customer service.
6. Collect and analyze the sales-related data, generate various sales reports timely.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in EE or related is preferred, this is not limit only with good industry background.
2. 2+ years IC sales experience, have experience in smart phone/automotive/ surveillance or related industry is a plus.
3. Good communication skills with internal team and customer, good team-player.
4. Good marketing and negotiation skill.
5. Fluent in writing and speaking English, Japanese is a plus.
6. Self-motivated, open-minded and have passion on sales work, can work in tough pressure condition.
7. Willing to have business trip.
