? Manage day-to-day procurement activities of assigned vendors ? Analyze/identify supply chain improvement opportunities, implement and execute continuous improvement ? Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and sourcing departments to acquire supply in a cost effective and timely manner ? Procures materials, components, equipment and services as per business needs ? Monitors the cost, delivery schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure highest quality at best value ? Conducts tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities ? Lead improvement tasks/projects to make breakthrough in supply management ? RFQ for ETO business ? Support and manage major/critical supply recovery and assure continuity supply with no line stoppage ? Trouble shooting with suppliers on delivery. Have sense of urgency and priority. ? Need to manage around 100 suppliers( 50% domestic/50% oversea) ? Find root cause of issues and find solutions to tackle issues systematically ? Manage suppliers On-Time delivery performance and is able to find ways to improve ? Coordinate the Engineering Change Order and assure implementation effectively RFQ based on sourcing’s strategy ? Implement Lean Supply Chain (Consignment/VMI etc.) ? Lead business/service review with vendors ? Interact with suppliers and various departments regarding procurement Policy & Procedures Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE ? Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification preferably in Engineering ? 5-8 years’ supply management experience in manufacturing environment ? Commodity/sourcing/project management experience is a plus
