主要工作職責(zé)Key Responsibilities:
1. 教學(xué) Teaching and Learning
? 根據(jù)學(xué)科組長(zhǎng)制定的工作任務(wù)及計(jì)劃制定教學(xué)計(jì)劃、實(shí)施教學(xué)計(jì)劃并評(píng)估課堂教學(xué) Plan, teach and evaluate classes as designated by head of subject;
? 確保教學(xué)符合學(xué)校的定制課程模式 Ensure that teaching and learning is aligned with the school’s bespoke curriculum model;
? 根據(jù)課程要求為學(xué)生制定合理的短期目標(biāo),根據(jù)他們的能力教學(xué) Set up reasonable proximal goals for students based on curriculum requirements; teach students in accordance with their aptitude;
? 區(qū)分不同的學(xué)習(xí)類型以滿足所有學(xué)生的需求,以確保他們的參與、接受鍛煉 Differentiate learning to cater for full range of student needs to ensure they are engaged and challenged;
? 利用科技手段強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí),幫助學(xué)生在這一領(lǐng)域發(fā)展必要的技能和信心 Use technology to enhance learning and help students develop the necessary skills and confidence in this area;
? 組織相關(guān)課外活動(dòng),強(qiáng)化學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展 Organize related activities outside of the classroom to enhance student learning and development;
? 尊重雙語環(huán)境,滿足母語和第二語言學(xué)習(xí)者的語言需求 Respect the bi-lingual environment and cater to language needs of both native and second language learners;
? 主動(dòng)與同事和家長(zhǎng)溝通關(guān)于學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)問題 Communicate proactively with colleagues and parents regarding students’ learning;
2. 班級(jí)管理及行為管理 Classroom and Behavior management
? 關(guān)懷學(xué)生,與學(xué)生建立親密并充分給與支持的關(guān)系,建立加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)的融洽關(guān)系 Develop a close and supportive relationship with students under your care; establish a rapport which enhances learning;
? 協(xié)助學(xué)生關(guān)懷項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施(品格教育、積極紀(jì)律) Help deliver the pastoral programme (Character Education, Positive Discipline);
? 為學(xué)生樹立積極的榜樣并認(rèn)識(shí)到教師對(duì)學(xué)生福祉和個(gè)人發(fā)展的責(zé)任 Be a positive role model for all students in the school and recognize your responsibility for their well-being and development;
? 建立一個(gè)讓學(xué)生感到安全和舒適并勇于冒險(xiǎn)的課堂環(huán)境 Establish a classroom environment where students feel safe and comfortable to take risks;
? 確保課堂/學(xué)校資源準(zhǔn)備充分、管理得當(dāng) Ensure that classroom/school resources are well prepared and managed;
? 實(shí)施并確保學(xué)生遵循學(xué)校的行為政策 Implement and ensure students follow the School’s behavior policy;
? 確保所有學(xué)生都得到尊重且公平的對(duì)待 Ensure that all students are treated equitably with respect and fairness;
? 關(guān)注孩子們的進(jìn)步和努力,而不僅僅關(guān)注結(jié)果或成就 Acknowledge children’s improvement and effort rather than just result or achievement;
3. 關(guān)系維護(hù) Relationship management
? 與同事相互配合、相互支持 Work co-operatively and supportively with other staff;
? 為學(xué)生的最佳利益與同事和上級(jí)分享信息、想法和資源 Share information, ideas and resources with colleagues and line managers in the best interests of students;
? 與父母建立信任、協(xié)作和相互尊重的工作關(guān)系,以共同教育學(xué)生 Build trusting, collaborative and respectful working relationship with parents in order to co-educate students;
4. 行政事務(wù) Administrative Duties
? 履行課堂管理的行政職能,如考勤、日常事務(wù)、缺席記錄等 Fulfill the administrative functions of classroom management e.g. attendance, routines, absences
? 確保對(duì)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行共享和存檔 Ensure assessment data is shared and archived;
? 與父母/照顧者及時(shí)溝通學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和福祉 Communicate in a timely fashion with parent/caregivers regarding student learning and well-being;
5. 更廣泛地投入學(xué)校生活 Contribution to Wider School Life
? 維護(hù)并達(dá)成學(xué)校的專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Uphold and fulfil the school’s professional standards;
? 支持和維護(hù)學(xué)校在社會(huì)中的聲譽(yù) Support and uphold the school’s excellent reputation in the wider community;

具備2-3年以上學(xué)校教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn);雙語雙文化教師優(yōu)先考慮;

YK Pao School is a pioneering international Chinese school. The school is a non-profit private institution founded in 2007, in memory of shipping magnate Sir Yue-Kong Pao, the renowned Chinese businessman, statesman and philanthropist. With over 1200 students from China and overseas, the school offers a unique Year 1-12 educational programme that integrates elements of Shanghai and international curricula, culminating with the IGCSE and IB Diploma programmes, both of which are complemented by core components of the Shanghai curriculum.
Pao School’s innovative Chinese-English immersion bilingual programme nurtures the whole person - the entire emotional, social, physical, and intellectual being – and prepares students to become engaged and responsible global citizens of the 21st century.
Pao School is divided into Primary, Middle and High School. Primary School (Years 1-5) is a day school located in Shanghai’s city centre, while the Middle School (Years 6-8) and the High School (Years 9-12) are located on the new Hongqiao campus and in Shanghai’s Songjiang District offering UK/US style boarding education as well as catering to day students.
