?Partner with Production and Supply Chain teams to create, issue, and continuously improve critical reporting
?Support the production team, particularly for DOA, with dashboard development identifying critical points of measure, thereby driving regional performance and awareness
?Support the refinement of data collection and management to support the achievement of critical operational targets
?Serve as the critical link between Supply Analytics and Operational Effort
?Interprets and offers preliminary findings/insights leveraging trends from forecast, harvest, and various other data, actively exploring data for specific use cases
?Provide Insights to enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
?Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. to support business needs
?Provides critical reports and analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly as well as ad-hoc basis.
?Creating measurable insights and performing descriptive statistics including mean, variance, median, correlation as necessary
?Demonstrates intellectual curiosity with data trends and identifies potential applications to improve Supply Execution Organizational performance; understand business process
?Conduct ad-hoc analysis under the direction of the Supply Forecast Manager
【CANDIDATE PROFILE】
Preferred Qualifications & Leadership Competencies
?Bachelor’s degree required with preferred emphasis on data analytics, statistics or agribusiness.
?Minimum 3 years of experience with data analytics. Agribusiness experience preferred.
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English is preferred.
?Ability to design and undertake analytical projects leading to specific insights independently with minimal supervision.
?Demonstrates capacity to learn business processes to understand the importance of key metrics
?Ability to balance multiple work assignments, projects and daily operational activities is required
?Advanced Tableau acumen; Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Business Intelligence experience.
?Ability to navigate statistical problems, including, but not limited to, data manipulation, statistical testing procedures, and results interpretation.
?Valid driver’s license.
?Require some domestic business travel.
