We are on the lookout for a proficient IT Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our technical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
●Maintain and troubleshoot office 3C equipment, ensuring continuous operational efficiency.
● Service engineer notebooks, keeping them in optimal condition for field service tasks.
● Provide networking services at customer sites, adept in both Windows OS and Linux OS.
●Troubleshoot and support CNC related issues, offering technical solutions.
● Support Industry 4.0 communication projects, facilitating advanced equipment connectivity.
● Install and maintain process monitoring systems, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
● Report to the Branch Manager, delivering articulate and comprehensive updates and reports in English.
● Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enhancing office productivity.
Qualifications:
● A solid background in IT support, preferably within the PCB equipment industry.
● Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, Linux OS, and networking.
● Experience with CNC machinery and troubleshooting techniques.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
●Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
