職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
1. Lead technical design and implementation of digitisation and automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives;
2. Lead the design and development of digital solutions to improve banking experience, including mobile and online banking, Content management systems, and customer service portals;
3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders;

6. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and trends in digitisation and automation and make recommendations for their application in the organization;
7. Work with stakeholders to develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements;
8. Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and report on project status to stakeholders;
9. Establish and maintain relationships with Internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of projects.
任職要求:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information technology or a related field;
2. 4+ years of experience in technical specialist role 1+ years' experience in technical leadership;
3. Strong knowledge and experience of technical systems including online platforms and cloud computing infrastructure;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications;
5. Web experience: Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and web design principles;
6. Strong understanding of digital messaging platforms and technologies, including email service providers, SMS providers, and push notification platforms;
7. Knowledge of emerging digital technologies such as automations and AI development;
8. User-centric/customer-centric design theory: experience with user research, rapid prototyping, information architecture, user stories and persona writing is preferred;
9. Excellent project management skills, including experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets;
10. Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Adobe Experience Cloud; Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
