崗位職責(zé):
1.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements for data analysis projects.
2.Support change management activities spanning from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g., communications, training, support, organization alignment); and tracking.
3.Taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback. Ultimately responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling, and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product’, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimizing risk during deployment. Implementation activities will also include managing implementation readiness and managing the early stages of implementation (e.g. pilot).
4.Work across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously, work with multiple parties, like different line of business, IT, etc.
5.Support the team in preparing presentations and reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
6.Participate in data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data used in analysis.
7.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business analysis.
8.Provide support in ad-hoc analysis and projects as required by the team.
9.A good understanding of the control requirement surrounding data handling will be advantageous in this role.
10.Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report concerns or observations in terms of control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational risk impact.
11.Ensure all due diligence is performed to prevent adverse impact to customers and business operations.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
2.Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
3.Proficiency in data analysis tools or similar software is a plus.
4.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
5.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
