Responsibilities:
o Lead-Monitor-Drive different projects / programs with interface to the customers in order to reach the released targets;
o Ensure the adherence of the Grammer Product Development System (PDS);
o Create project plans under consideration of the projects goals and mile stones;
o Plan resources, costs and necessary investments and prepare economic calculation accordingly;
o Lead the project teams (dotted line) and coordinate;
o Ensure successful arrangements with customer and suppliers;
o Follow up the project plans, tasks and costs;
o Decision making and implementation of corrective actions;
o Manage the product transfer activities-ensure a smooth and efficient serial launch;
o Leading of project closing and creation of final project report (lessons learned).
Job Specification / required skills:
o Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering or business with a fine technical grasp;
o Minimum 8 years’ experience working in Automotive or Automotive Supplier Industry. Familiar with seating and metal frame.
o Good understanding of technical products, customer’s requirements, and expectation; especially for seating assembling, welding, stamping, etc.
o Working in a responsible and independent way;
o Fluent in Chinese and English, German is optional;
o Team leading experience;
o High morale and good team player;
o Good knowledge of MS-Office (esp. MS-Project and Excel);
o Having R&D experience is preferred.
o Familiar with product launch.
