Job Specification / required skills: o Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering or business with a fine technical grasp; o Minimum 8 years’ experience working in Automotive or Automotive Supplier Industry. Familiar with seating and metal frame. o Good understanding of technical products, customer’s requirements, and expectation; especially for seating assembling, welding, stamping, etc. o Working in a responsible and independent way; o Fluent in Chinese and English, German is optional; o Team leading experience; o High morale and good team player; o Good knowledge of MS-Office (esp. MS-Project and Excel); o Having R&D experience is preferred. o Familiar with product launch.
