Main responsibilities/主要職責(zé)和工作內(nèi)容: 1.基于客戶和業(yè)務(wù)需求，準(zhǔn)確地尋找或開發(fā)出面料樣品供客戶確認。開發(fā)樣包括針?biāo)罂椕媪稀㈩伾珮印⒂』⊿/O和相關(guān)的面料后整理工藝； 2.對面料開發(fā)樣的工藝準(zhǔn)確性、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性和價格合理性進行評估，確保面料能滿足客戶的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，且具有批量生產(chǎn)大貨的可行性； 3.對面料生產(chǎn)中潛在的風(fēng)險進行評估并生成書面文件通知到客戶、采購、跟單和IQC部門； 4.保持對國外業(yè)務(wù)團隊和國內(nèi)外面料供應(yīng)商的高效溝通，及時解決開發(fā)過程中產(chǎn)生的品質(zhì)、價格和交期等問題； 5.安排面料開發(fā)樣的相關(guān)測試，對測試結(jié)果能否達到客戶要求做出評判； 6.做好面料開發(fā)過程中各種樣品的數(shù)據(jù)記錄并歸檔，及時更新工作進度WIP和面料信息庫； 7.為協(xié)作部門提供相關(guān)面料資料與技術(shù)支持； 8.公司安排的其它任務(wù)。 1.Source or develop fabric sample accurately based on customer’s request and the business needs. The sample could include knitted and woven fabric, lab dip, strike off and the other treatment process on fabric; 2.Evaluate on the technical accuracy, quality stability and price02rationality for the fabric developments, ensure it could meet the customer’s standard as well as the feasibility of the mass production; 3.Produce a potential risk assessment for the development fabric and inform to customer, purchasing team, merchandising team and IQC with a written document; 4.Maintain an effective communication with the overseas PD team and the domestic/international suppliers. Resolve the issues from quality, price and delivery in development process; 5.Proceed the relevant test for the development fabric, conduct the assessment for test result on whether it’s qualified to customer’s standard; 6.Record and archive the data of development samples, update the WIP and fabric database timely; 7.Provide fabric information and technical support to the cooperative departments; 8.Other tasks from the company. Requirements/任職資格： 1.大專以上學(xué)歷，紡織工程、輕化工程專業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先； 2.紡織行業(yè)從業(yè)三年以上經(jīng)驗，具有針、梭織等面料的基礎(chǔ)工藝知識，對面料品質(zhì)、規(guī)格、顏色和手感能做出分析判斷。有運動類面料開發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； 3.英語聽說讀寫熟練，CET-4級，工作中能與國外總公司團隊保持高效溝通； 4.思路清晰，具有較強的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，能維護與各供應(yīng)商的友好關(guān)系； 5.有一定的供應(yīng)商資源，熟悉國內(nèi)面料行業(yè)行情； 6.正直誠實，性格開朗，責(zé)任心強，具有較強的自我約束及抗壓能力，靈活應(yīng)變，良好的團隊合作精神。 1.College degree or above, textile engineering or light chemical engineering is preferred; 2.Three years or above experience in textile industry with the basic technical knowledge about the knitted and woven fabric, be able to do a judgement on the fabric quality, spec, colour and hand feel.
