We are therefore looking for an Workshop Supervisor to join our department with highly-skilled and motivated colleagues Your Responsibilities: Develop and motivate the technicians in accordance with Coloplast mission, vision and values. Assign and supervise technician’s daily work ensure the machine assembly progress goes well with the good quality, low cost and deliver on time. Evaluate the performance of technicians and promote their capacity and skills Optimize the resource allocation. Carry out the human resource plan with the project forecast. Supporting technicians in resolving technical issues Coordinate with different department (ENGPURPM) to ensure complete all tasks according to work plan. Technical management of assembly processes, continuously optimizing existing assembly processes. Responsible for safety daily management of workshop Manage the assembly、package and measurement tools. Update the workshop layout and coordinate the distribution of space resource. Your qualifications： College degree or above and majored in Mechanical, Electrical or related Above 5 years related workshop management experience Rich knowledge of machine building, either mechanical or electrical. Solid people(blue collar) management leadership skills High level of integrity and responsibility. Good communication skills and can spoken and written in English. On the personal level, you are proactive, follow-up on tasks, and maintain timelines and meet due dates. You possess a strong personal drive and are result oriented. You are open, flexible and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues. Using your great interpersonal skills, you work effectively across organizational and geographical borders.
