1、產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì) | Product Planning & Design
負(fù)責(zé)空運(yùn)物流產(chǎn)品的全生命周期管理,包括市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、需求分析、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及迭代優(yōu)化
Manage full lifecycle of air freight products, including market research, demand analysis, product design and iterative optimization
制定航線規(guī)劃、運(yùn)力資源整合方案,設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化空運(yùn)服務(wù)流程(如訂艙、報(bào)關(guān)、跟蹤等)
Formulate air route planning and capacity integration strategies, design standardized service processes (e.g., booking, customs clearance, tracking)
針對(duì)客戶需求(如時(shí)效、成本、特殊貨物運(yùn)輸)設(shè)計(jì)差異化空運(yùn)解決方案
Develop customized solutions for client needs (time-sensitive delivery, cost optimization, special cargo transportation)
2、市場(chǎng)與競(jìng)品分析 | Market & Competitive Analysis
研究全球空運(yùn)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)、政策法規(guī)(如IATA、海關(guān)政策)及行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)
Analyze global air freight trends, regulations (IATA, customs policies) and industry dynamics
分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手產(chǎn)品策略,挖掘市場(chǎng)空白機(jī)會(huì),提升產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力
Benchmark competitor strategies, identify market gaps, and enhance product competitiveness
3、運(yùn)營(yíng)與成本管控 | Operations & Cost Control
協(xié)同運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)優(yōu)化空運(yùn)操作流程,提升服務(wù)效率及客戶體驗(yàn)
Collaborate with operations team to streamline processes and improve service efficiency
監(jiān)控運(yùn)輸成本(如燃油附加費(fèi)、機(jī)場(chǎng)操作費(fèi)),制定成本優(yōu)化策略
Monitor transportation costs (fuel surcharges, airport handling fees) and develop cost-saving strategies
4、跨部門協(xié)作 | Cross-functional Collaboration
聯(lián)動(dòng)銷售、客服、技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品落地,提供售前支持及客戶培訓(xùn)
Coordinate with sales, CS and tech teams for product implementation, delivering pre-sales support and client training
與技術(shù)部門協(xié)作開發(fā)或優(yōu)化物流管理系統(tǒng)(如貨運(yùn)追蹤、數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊)
Partner with IT to develop/upgrade logistics systems (Cargo Tracking System, Data Analytics Module)
崗位要求/Job Requirements:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,物流管理/國(guó)際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,或具備同等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Bachelor degree or major in logistics management/international trade, or equivalent experience
2、具備2-3年物流行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2-3 years of working experience in logistics industry
3、英語(yǔ)書面及口語(yǔ)表達(dá)流利
Fluent in written and oral English
