What this job involves: Responsible for Suzhou soft operation which includes three buildings' financial management, team members management, projects coordination with function teams, employee service operation management ( F&B, Janitorial, shuttle/parking, green plant, mail, stationary…)and BG relationship maintenance, etc. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Arrange the regular review meeting with each service owner
• Check the service quality on site
• Get feedback for service satisfaction via difference channels
• Report the service result in weekly basis
• Expense/cost control
• Improvement activities
• T2 management

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• More than 10 years related experience.
• Has work experience in multinational company is plus
• Management experience with proper team size (>10 person)
• Problem solving skills.
• Communication skills
• Supplier management experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• Fluent English in oral, written.
• Bachler or master degree
• PMP certificate is plus
• Report skill
• Office software application
• Finance knowledges
