Responsibilities 職責(zé)

· Issuing release for the steering system in the vehicle.

· 負(fù)責(zé)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)釋放的車輛測試。

· Distribution of a level release from steering in vehicle.

· 負(fù)責(zé)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)等級釋放時(shí)的車輛測試。

· Qualification and evaluation of the steering system in the destination vehicle under real conditions.

· 在實(shí)際條件下對目標(biāo)車輛中的轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行鑒定和評估。

· Vehicle driving and testing according to test procedures on customer vehicles or Bosch vehicles.

· 在客戶車輛或博世車輛上根據(jù)試驗(yàn)程序進(jìn)行車輛駕駛和測試。

·Performing of tests at customers and Bosch test facilities, bench & vehicle, coordination of the steering performance in cooperation with the development team.

· 根據(jù)測試要求，配合研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)使用客戶或博世的設(shè)備、試驗(yàn)臺搭建測試系統(tǒng)，評估轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)性能。

· Responsible for data collection, collation and analysis, and feedback the results to the project manager or customer.

· 負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)的采集，整理和分析，并將結(jié)果反饋給項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或客戶。

·Collect data from development vehicles, feedback system behaviours and provide solutions, creation of the maneuver catalogue for the vehicle test, execution of reviews (maneuver catalogue, design).

· 開發(fā)車輛數(shù)據(jù)采集，反饋系統(tǒng)測試結(jié)果并提供解決方案，制定試驗(yàn)方法步驟及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并主導(dǎo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的討論。

· Service of testing and measuring systems.

· 保證測試系統(tǒng)和測量系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

· Survey market of measuring and testing systems for new technology.

· 負(fù)責(zé)測量系統(tǒng)和測試系統(tǒng)的市場調(diào)研。

· Basic maintenance of Bosch vehicles and test systems.

· 博世車輛及測試系統(tǒng)的基本維護(hù)。

· Documentation of requirements, tests, reports, approvals in system.

· 負(fù)責(zé)書寫測試需求，報(bào)告，批準(zhǔn)及存檔。

· Collaboration with German experts.

· 與德國專家協(xié)同工作。

· Where required, give assistance to other engineers in the department.

· 在需要時(shí)，協(xié)助部門的其他工程師。

Qualifications & Requirements

任職資格及要求

- Education學(xué)歷

· Bachelor Degree or above in automotive electronics or vehicle engineering.

· 學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上，汽車電子或車輛工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)。

- Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

· Min. 3 years of working experience in automotive industry and worked on any of the electric vehicle system components or EPS system preferred.

· 至少3年在汽車行業(yè)及任一汽車電子電器系統(tǒng)及零部件，或電動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

· Good knowledge and experience in sensor and measuring system build.

· 熟悉傳感器技術(shù)及測量系統(tǒng)搭建。

· Good knowledge and experience in commercial vehicle mechanical and electrical structure.

· 熟悉商用車機(jī)械和電控部分結(jié)構(gòu)。

· Good knowledge in vehicle driving and testing.

· 有車輛測試和駕駛培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

· Working experience in multinational foreign companies preferred.

· 具有跨國企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

· Great passion for vehicle driving and test.

· 對汽車駕駛和測試技術(shù)充滿激情。

- Skills 技能

· Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal.

· 良好的英語及普通話書面及口語交流技能。

· Knowledge of German language desirable.

· 具有德語能力者更佳。

· Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a diverse team.

· 有很強(qiáng)的人際交往能力，能在多樣化團(tuán)隊(duì)中工作。

· Ability to work and deliver under pressure at the customer’s site.

· 能夠在客戶現(xiàn)場壓力下工作。

· Ability to follow established procedures, practices and instructions.

· 能夠遵循既定的程序，慣例和指示。

· Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)及辦公軟件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 應(yīng)用能力。

· Driver license required.

· 有駕駛證，具備一定的駕駛技能。

· Able to work overtime if necessary.

· 必要時(shí)能夠加班。

· Based in Jinan is preferred.

· 長住濟(jì)南者優(yōu)先。

· Hold positive attitude whenever facing different opinions or other problems and take necessary actions to facilitate solutions.
