工作職責(zé)
1、產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃:深入研究 AI 相關(guān)技術(shù)趨勢(shì)、市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)與供應(yīng)鏈平臺(tái)相關(guān)用戶需求,制定具有前瞻性和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的 AI 產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略與規(guī)劃,明確產(chǎn)品定位、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)及發(fā)展路徑
2、解決方案:根據(jù)客戶需求分析的結(jié)果,結(jié)合公司的產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)能力,設(shè)計(jì)整體的產(chǎn)品解決方案,包括產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)流程、用戶界面等
3、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì):將解決方案轉(zhuǎn)化為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合用戶體驗(yàn)和業(yè)務(wù)邏輯,打造易用、高效的產(chǎn)品交互流程和界面,提升產(chǎn)品整體品質(zhì)
4、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng):根據(jù)用戶反饋以及產(chǎn)品沉淀數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行深度分析與挖掘,依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品功能與策略,持續(xù)提升產(chǎn)品性能與用戶體驗(yàn)
崗位要求
1、經(jīng)驗(yàn)背景:3年以上AI智能產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備成功 AI 產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)落地項(xiàng)目,供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)AI項(xiàng)目落地經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、軟件工程、人工智能、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等本科及以上學(xué)歷
2、AI理解:熟悉常見 AI 算法及大模型(如深度學(xué)習(xí)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、Agent等)應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景,了解自然語(yǔ)言處理、計(jì)算機(jī)視覺、語(yǔ)音識(shí)別等領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品
3、學(xué)習(xí)能力:對(duì) AI 技術(shù)發(fā)展有強(qiáng)烈好奇心與學(xué)習(xí)熱情,能夠快速掌握新知識(shí)、新技能,適應(yīng)不斷變化的技術(shù)環(huán)境
4、溝通協(xié)作:具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,能夠與不同背景、專業(yè)的人員高效合作,共同推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)
