職位概要: Job Summary
人力資源及薪酬顧問需要為外部客戶提供服務(wù),在客戶具體需求的基礎(chǔ)上,協(xié)助高級(jí)顧問及經(jīng)理,為客戶提供專業(yè)的各模塊服務(wù),其中涉及薪酬福利、招聘、員工關(guān)系、人力資源咨詢業(yè)務(wù)及人力資源合作伙伴業(yè)務(wù)等等。該崗位需具備良好的中英文溝通能力,能夠適應(yīng)和解決客戶的日常業(yè)務(wù)需求。
The HR & Payroll Associate requires that the employee provides the professional service the external clients. Based on the clients’ requests, assisting Senior Associate and Manager to meet the clients’ commend covering various HR modules, incl. C&B, Recruitment, Employee Relationship, Human consulting service and HR BP service etc. The employee should possess adequate ability to communicate (in Chinese & English), and be able to resolve problems and requests raised by clients and line manager during daily work.

薪酬福利服務(wù)Compensation & Benefits Serivce
Collection of information relating to clients’ employees;

為客戶提供相關(guān)社保及公積金事宜的服務(wù);
Provide service for social insurance and housing fund issues for the clients;

負(fù)責(zé)工資報(bào)表的計(jì)算與制作,個(gè)人所得稅的申報(bào);
Payroll calculation and ensure that the employees’ IIT burden is filed within the correct tax category;

負(fù)責(zé)工資的發(fā)放并準(zhǔn)備工資條
Payment of Salary and prepare the pay slips
招聘服務(wù) Recruitment Service

與客戶進(jìn)行溝通,了解用人需求,輔助其撰寫工作職責(zé);
Communicate with clients, get the requests from the case manager, assists to draft JD;

維護(hù)招聘網(wǎng)站,社交媒體,獵頭等招聘渠道;
Maintain the recruitment website, social media and headhunter;

與各類招聘渠道建立良好關(guān)系,建立優(yōu)秀候選人的人才庫;
Develop strong relationship and social media networks to support the development of a pool of qualified candidates;

聯(lián)系招聘渠道發(fā)布招聘廣告,篩選簡歷,電話面試;
Contact recruitment channels to publish Ad., filter CV, conduct telephone interview;

完成初級(jí)崗位的面試并出具面試報(bào)告,分析招聘數(shù)據(jù);
Conduct junior level position interview and provide interview feedback; Run interview report base on the interview performance, analysis recruitment data;
員工關(guān)系管理 Employee Relationship Management

為員工準(zhǔn)備招聘函及勞動(dòng)合同和離職通知手續(xù);
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and certificates of termination as required for clients;

基于客戶的需要,依據(jù)相關(guān)的法律法規(guī),為客戶提供專業(yè)的員工關(guān)系咨詢意見;
Based on the client’s requests and related law & regulation, provide the professional solution / advise to clients about the labor issues;
人力資源相關(guān)服務(wù)Human Resource Service
Participate in HR health check;
Provide HR due diligence service;
Provide advisory service in Human Resource and payroll function for the clients;

協(xié)助高級(jí)顧問及經(jīng)理管理客戶信息以及有關(guān)設(shè)立/人事/薪資方面的運(yùn)作;完成有關(guān)申報(bào)和收集/提交相應(yīng)資料的事宜;
Assist senior associate and manager with the management of client’s portfolio and assist in registration/ HR/payroll management of clients operations and filings or document collection/submission;

協(xié)助完成客戶有關(guān)工作簽證、就業(yè)許可、戶口、檔案調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)的相關(guān)辦理工作;
Assist with foreign clients visas applications, permits, Hu-Kou and archives?management & transfer and related procedures;

協(xié)助并代表客戶完成其證照更新的工作,與相關(guān)政府部門進(jìn)行溝通和聯(lián)絡(luò);
Assist with renewals of licenses on behalf of clients and liaise with local government;

協(xié)助人事/薪資服務(wù)部從事內(nèi)務(wù),文件/會(huì)議和報(bào)告的準(zhǔn)備工作;
Assist the HR/Payroll team in secretarial, document / meetings preparation and report preparation work;

依照高級(jí)顧問和經(jīng)理指示完成有關(guān)工作。
Complete the ad hoc tasks based on senior associate and managers’ instructions.

技能Skills

優(yōu)秀的英語口語能力和出色的人際交往能力;
Excellent oral English and strong interpersonal skills.

Reliable and accurate; ability to work as a good team player;

熟悉當(dāng)?shù)厣绫<肮e金的政策及實(shí)際操作優(yōu)先;
Familiar with the local social insurance and housing fund policy and practice is preferred;

熟悉操作金蝶系統(tǒng)及ERP者優(yōu)先考慮;
Experience in Kingdee Software and familiarity with ERP systems preferred;

良好的使用辦公軟件的能力,包括 Excel, Word及PPT。
Excellent office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT) skills.
教育背景 Educational Background
-
本科及以上學(xué)位,人力資源管理,英語,工商管理,法律或相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource management, English, Business Management, Law or related.
Possession of certificate of human resource professional preferred
