1.
基于產(chǎn)品和制造過程和質(zhì)量控制程序,識別關鍵的質(zhì)量控制過程,準備DQIP、Workmanship、Control Plan.
Identify the key process basing
on quality control and assure process quality.
Prepare DQIP, workmanship and
Control Plan, and quality control document according to procedure.
2.
根據(jù)產(chǎn)品及過程要求,評估和批準產(chǎn)品的Setup&FAAR。
Basing on product, Process and
procedure, review and approve Setup and FAAR report.
3.
評估和編制 產(chǎn)品的MSA (GRR)報告, 確保產(chǎn)品檢測gage和儀器的有效性。
Do assessment on product and
measurement tool, prepare MSA (GRR) report. Calibrate the inspection equipment as gage and
process inspection machine to assure the efficiency.
4.
參與制定PFMEA,確保過程的質(zhì)量風險得到有效控制
Assure the process risk control
basing on efficient PFMEA.
5.
NCR
& QA instruction 的準備,確保過程不合格得到有效處置
NCR& QA insptruction prepare and confirmation,
assure the good control on nonconfirming parts.
