Sales Assistant 銷售助理
Main Responsibilities:
- High level support to sales team.
- Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders.
- Assist in preparing proposals.
- Manage and maintain Netsuite system, and relevant sales database.
- Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing Department about Payment and Product issues.
- Coordinate with System Department about troubleshooting and clients complain.
- Keep learning the standard products and systems, modern security concepts and products available in the world market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- 1-2 years work experience as sales assistant.
- AutoCAD diagram drawing.
- Familiar with Network, word, office, PPT, etc.
- Good English (oral and writing)
- Good Coordinating ability.

- 與采購(gòu)部和財(cái)務(wù)部協(xié)調(diào)采購(gòu)和付款等事宜。
- 與工程部協(xié)調(diào)跟進(jìn)處理客戶要求和工程進(jìn)度。
職位要求:
- 本科學(xué)歷。
- 1-2年銷售助理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 會(huì)使用AutoCAD 制圖或愿意學(xué)。
- 良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力。
- 英文四級(jí)。
