Service Engineer General Description The position of Service Engineer is responsible for service & maintenance of ELV system in according to CONVERGINT’s standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 職位綜述： 客戶服務(wù)工程師負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)維護(hù)客戶的弱電及音視頻系統(tǒng)，提升客戶的滿意度。 Main Responsibilities: · Solve the client’s ELV system problems including security system, AV system and Cabling in the earliest time · Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations and systems training · Ensure quality of CONVERGINT services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region · Produce system diagrams by AutoCAD · Increase customer satisfaction, Maintain long-term relationships with clients 主要工作職責(zé)： · 解決本區(qū)域內(nèi)客戶的弱電系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行及使用問題，包括安防，音視頻和綜合布線 · 提供支持和維護(hù)服務(wù)，如日常預(yù)防性維護(hù)、故障排除、系統(tǒng)升級(jí)/擴(kuò)容/改造和系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn) · 嚴(yán)格按照公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和政策，確保CONVERGINT服務(wù)的質(zhì)量，對(duì)指定區(qū)域內(nèi)的所有服務(wù)要求提供及時(shí)有效的響應(yīng) · 繪制系統(tǒng)圖 · 提高客戶滿意度，維護(hù)與客戶的長期關(guān)系 Requirements: · Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering · Experience in ELV system with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Alarm System, AV system and Cabling system will be considered as a plus.
