Job Description
Danfoss is seeking a hands-on, project focused Manufacturing Engineer. If you are an experienced professional ready to bring forward your ideas, then Danfoss gives you the freedom to do so.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- The Manufacture Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the plant.
- The Manufacture Engineer works to ensure all processes and tools are functioning optimally while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with inspection procedures.
- Additionally, the role involves the design and development of tooling, as well as responsibilities related to quality engineering, including quality issue analysis, inspection work instruction updates, and training of inspection personnel.
- Lead the project and conduct with the supplier to evaluate and develop automation with new technologies implemented based on Lean concept in building up the production line, material flow, layout with high efficiency and UPPH, from automation concept proposal, machine selection, process design, process parameter validation to equipment release.

- 精通液壓產(chǎn)品的裝配測試過程。精通常見裝配工序：清洗、力矩、軸承、軸封、壓力機(jī)、氣密測試臺(tái)、性能測試、清潔度的過程控制。
- 精通液壓產(chǎn)品測試臺(tái)的結(jié)構(gòu)，包括液壓原理和電氣原理，能看懂液壓原理和電氣原理圖并具有優(yōu)化能力。
- 具備根據(jù)圖紙，進(jìn)行裝配、測試工序設(shè)計(jì)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、編制控制計(jì)劃、SOP的能力。
- 能使具備用CAD繪制圖紙，進(jìn)行工具工裝設(shè)計(jì)的能力
- 具備裝配測試產(chǎn)線防錯(cuò)的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉并會(huì)應(yīng)用常見的poka-yoke方法。
- 精通精益生產(chǎn)工具及具備精益改善的實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括但不限于連續(xù)流、看板拉動(dòng)、線平衡、動(dòng)作分析、OEE、快速換型等。
- 具備數(shù)字化改善的能力，熟悉MES系統(tǒng)、ignination系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用.
- 熟悉產(chǎn)品的PPAP過程，具備獨(dú)立進(jìn)行流程圖、PFMEA、控制計(jì)劃活動(dòng)的能力。
- 熟悉IATF16949 五大工具的應(yīng)用，擁有IATF16949內(nèi)審員資格證優(yōu)先。
- 英語CET 6級(jí)，具備獨(dú)立英語口語交流的能力。
