In this role, you will have the opportunity to Oversee all aspects related to operations in local business of Automotive in Robotics China. - Develops programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations. - Ensure strict adherence within the operations to the policies and required standards of health, safety and integrity. - Ensures a thorough understanding and fosters a culture of continuous improvement behaviors, meth-odology, and processes within the organization. - Responsible for developing business action plans for the local business of Automotive China, aligned with global & local BL strategy and targets. Monitors plan implementation and tracks any deviations for corrective action - Prepares annual budget, oversees progress, and determines measures to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources - Develops programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of oper-ational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations. - Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety. - Ensures that the organization takes into account an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations as per agreed quality, service levels, and lead time. - Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation or Industrial Engineering related. - Solid management experience in operations and project management in Automotive or automation industry. - Proven experience in a multi-cultural context within a large organization. - Great knowledge of financial reports, operating budgets, problem solving techniques. - Strong multi-stakeholder management and a strong collaborative spirit. - Open for change and result oriented. - Agile and proactive profile with good communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills.
