職位目標(biāo) Job Targets
1.作為項(xiàng)目品質(zhì)的負(fù)責(zé)人和客戶的品質(zhì)窗口。密切跟進(jìn)新項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)部品質(zhì)表現(xiàn),針對(duì)新項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)量產(chǎn)建立轉(zhuǎn)移的品質(zhì)目標(biāo)機(jī)制。協(xié)同內(nèi)部工程團(tuán)隊(duì)品質(zhì)改善。
As project Quality owner and customer quality contact ,monitoring the project quality performance closely , set the quality targets & MP readiness review with internal team , push for improvement.
2.及時(shí)處理處理客戶端品質(zhì)問(wèn)題和產(chǎn)線品質(zhì)異常,從產(chǎn)品的試產(chǎn)階段開(kāi)始推動(dòng)內(nèi)部的持續(xù)改進(jìn),預(yù)防問(wèn)題的再發(fā)生。
Deal with Customer complain quality issue/ internal quality issue in time with engineering team and production team , prevent the reoccurrence from project NPI,MP to EOL.
3. NPI階段如客戶資料的準(zhǔn)備,收集與整理,以及與客戶澄清檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),測(cè)試量測(cè)方法等,包括但不限于:
SIP initiate, CPK, GR&R, Correlation test data.
Align Quality inspection/ measurement standard with customer , prepare customer documents , including SIP initiate,CPK, GR&R, Correlation test data.
4.制定各種與品質(zhì)相關(guān)的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與文件,培訓(xùn)相關(guān)QC檢驗(yàn)人員。
Work out QI for internal team, training QC operators.
5.質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與客戶特殊要求的導(dǎo)入。
Align with customer for customer new SPEC and requirement , cut in customer special request internally.
6.協(xié)助QMS完成客戶對(duì)公司的審核,以及公司內(nèi)部審核。
Support customer audit and internal audit.
任職資格Qualifications
教育水平:大專及以上學(xué)歷
Education:College Degree or above
專業(yè):理工科或者相關(guān)專業(yè)
Professional: Science and Engineering or related major.
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):至少6年質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗(yàn);包括至少有2年產(chǎn)線制程QE品質(zhì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少有3年CQE客戶品質(zhì)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn), 具有無(wú)塵室工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)并且了解無(wú)塵室的要求者優(yōu)先;具有模切行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Work Experience: Minimum 6 years quality control experience; incl. at least 2 years process quality engineer work experience, at least 3 years of CQE work experience and know well about clean room preferred; Work experience in die cut industry preferred.
英語(yǔ)要求:Above CET-4,良好的英語(yǔ)會(huì)話溝通能力者優(yōu)先。
English Requirement: CET-4,Good communication ability in English speaking is preferred.
能力要求:Capacity Requirement:
1.具備產(chǎn)線異常處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)及溝通能力;較強(qiáng)問(wèn)題解決能力。
Production line issue handling experience and good communication ability with customer; Strong problem-solving skill.
2.具有NPI項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
NPI project - quality follow up experience.
3.會(huì)運(yùn)用8D及PDCA理念推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線持續(xù)改善。
Run 8D and PDCA to push production improvement.
4.具備客訴處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)及較強(qiáng)的客戶溝通能力以及自主性。
Customer complaints handling experience and good communication ability with customer.
5.熟悉并熟練應(yīng)用過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制工具,如QCP,CPK,SPC,FMEA,GR&R.
Familiar with process control quality tools, such as QCP,CPK,SPC,FMEA,GR&R.
