VIP rooms are arranged every day and welcome gifts are prepared.

Every day, offer congratulations and arrange birthday gifts for the in-store guests whose birthdays are on that day.

Communicate with guests within the lobby every day, solve problems and create good interpersonal relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Maximize the coordination of the relationships among various internal departments and between the hotel and external customers.

Provide service information and sell various affiliated products and restaurants of the hotel.

Master basic guest complaints and solve problems

Those with relevant working experience in star-rated hotels are preferred.

Have a good sense of service and professional dedication, and be able to adapt to the shift system.
