Supervises the operation, repair and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical and manual facilities and equipment of the hotel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintains all machines, equipment, apparatus and fixtures in good operating condition.
維護所有正常運行的機器,設(shè)備,儀器和固定裝置。
2. Plan, organizes and co-ordinates activities of personnel during his shift, keeping in mind maintenance jobs, trouble reports and schedules.
當班時計劃,組織和協(xié)調(diào)人際關(guān)系,留心維修工作,問題報告和日程表。
1. Directs, leads subordinates to perform in accordance with operating procedures on maintenance and repair of machines and equipment.
指導(dǎo),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下屬根據(jù)運行程序執(zhí)行機器和設(shè)備的維護和維修。
2. Keeps accurate records of machine breakdowns, repairs and operating costs.
精確記錄機器設(shè)備的損壞,維修和運行成本。
3. Implements in his section, energy conservation measures and keeps track of utility consumption.
履行本部門的能量保存措施以及跟蹤設(shè)施消費。
4. Responsible for the upkeep of all Engineering areas.
負責工程部所有區(qū)域的保養(yǎng)。
5. Prepares requisition of materials needed for maintenance and repair of equipment and machines.
準備維修所需材料,隨時提供設(shè)備機器的維修。
6. Prepares periodic reports of repair and maintenance of all hotel equipment.
準備酒店所有設(shè)備的維修維護定期報告。
7. Logs down all-important events that happened during his shift.
記錄所有當班期間的重要事件。
8. Conducts preliminary selection interviews of candidates for positions under his section.
對自己下屬應(yīng)聘者進行初步面試。
9. Conducts orientation of new hires for his section.
負責對新進人員進行指導(dǎo)。
10. Appraises performance of subordinates every 6 months, counsels them and advises hem of their strengths and weaknesses.
每個月對下屬員工的表現(xiàn)進行一次評估,指出他們的優(yōu)點和弱點。
11. Performs other duties that may be required of him.
執(zhí)行其他被要求的工作。
12. Identifies training needs of his subordinates and conducts training within his section.
了解下屬的培訓(xùn)需求,并執(zhí)行本部門的培訓(xùn)。
13. Initiates misconduct notice.
發(fā)布處置不當?shù)耐ǜ妗?14. Performs other duties as required by his supervisor or head of department
JOB SPECIFICATION
職位要求
1. Preferably, Mechanical Engineering graduate or equivalent in experience.
最好是機械專業(yè)畢業(yè)或有同類經(jīng)驗。
2. at least 5 years of which should be with a hotel.
至少5年以上酒店工作經(jīng)驗。
3. Possesses supervisory skills
擁有一定的管理能力。
4. Strong in Human Relations and leadership
人際關(guān)系處理能力強,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力強。
