JOB TITLE: Technical Support Engineer (or Senior) and Product Engineer.
MANAGER: General Sales Manager (China Region)
OBJECTIVES:
- knowledge of the use of the product and its installations.
- knowledge of the products involved in intrinsic safety and functional safety applications or related experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of safety systems (PLC / DCS) and of the dynamics relating to the applications of the process industry, for the development of possible technical solutions to be proposed to the customer.
INTERFUNCTIONAL RELATIONS:
- With HQ for the technical supports related to the standard and non-standard use of products and exchange of technical information on applications and customer requests for the development of new products.
- - With the Sales (Engineers) or sales Managers ((China Region ) to interface directly with the customer to show the technical characteristics of the products through personalized presentations or webinars.
- With the Marketing Manager for the drafting of Case History or Application Notes useful as publications for the website.
JOB REQUIRMENTS
EDUCATION: -
- Diploma as a Technician of Electrical and Electronic Industries.
- Certification as a Functional Safety Engineer will be an advantage.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Knowledge of spoken and written English (China basic CET Level 4)
INFORMATICS SKILLS:
- Software: MS office, Word Processing, Electronic File Management, AutoCAD, Microsoft Publisher, Card programming software
- Hardware: Cabling, Hardware troubleshooting, Screen Repair, A/V setup
JOB RESPONSABILITIES
ACTIVITIES: -
- Troubleshooting for product use and installation.
- Answers to the customer for questions about the product and its use.
- Coordination and distribution of work for the resources of the Customer Care department.
- Coordination with the R&D department for the drafting of technical documentation, for tests to be carried out on the products, or for the resolution of problems that arise on the current product
- Repair and compilation of test reports on non-compliant products returned to the customer.
- Visit to customers for the resolution of technical problems.
- Sales support for technical / commercial presentations and webinars.
- Marketing support for the drafting and verification of Case History or marketing documents.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of intrinsic and functional safety.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the repair of electronic circuits in general, for over ten years in the repair of electronic circuits in the field of intrinsic and functional safety.
- Experience in the use of laboratory instrumentation and instrumentation for customer interventions.

- 與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)理合作,撰寫案例研究或應(yīng)用說明,作為網(wǎng)站發(fā)布的資料。
教育背景:**
- 電氣與電子工業(yè)技術(shù)專業(yè)。
- 具備功能安全工程師認(rèn)證者優(yōu)先。
**語言能力:**
- 英語口語和書面能力(中國(guó)基礎(chǔ)CET 4級(jí))。
**信息技術(shù)技能:**
- 軟件:MS office, Word Processing, Electronic File Management, AutoCAD, Microsoft Publisher, Card programming software
- 硬件:布線、硬件故障排除、屏幕維修、音視頻設(shè)置。

- 3 - 5年內(nèi)在和功能安全領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 3至5年的電子電路維修經(jīng)驗(yàn),在本質(zhì)和功能安全領(lǐng)域的電子電路維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)超過3年。
-有使用實(shí)驗(yàn)室儀器和客戶干預(yù)儀器的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
