主要崗位職責(zé)：

Support purchasing demand for the responsible commodity
Supervise the work of junior buyers
Search for new suppliers, analyze financial reports, company profiles & customer references
Survey, audit, and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and delivery performance
Qualify, select suppliers, and update the approved vendor list
Negotiate price, terms, and conditions
Prepare a comparison of competitive price quotes and justify contract terms and conditions
Ensure market price competitiveness
Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders and propose in the approval loop
Manage purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on delivery commitments
Follow up on delivery and other concerns as per contract terms and conditions
Coordinate procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements as necessary
Check and maintain the accuracy of customs, financial, and other procurement documents
Problem-solving for outstanding unresolved issues
Follow up on and handle outstanding payments
Develop supplier performance and conduct regular supplier visits
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management from time to time
