Responsible for providing a comprehensive understanding of quality records and data for company board-level and customer review. 10. Enhance and streamline product quality management to align with the company's requirements. 11. Lead the quality department in managing significant customer complaints and implementing improvement measures. Qualification requirements: 1. College degree or higher, with a major in electronics, communication, or related fields. 2. Five or more years of experience in PCBA quality and team management, as well as in the SMT industry. Experience in the industrial field is a must. Automotive experience is a plus. 3. Familiar with the quality management system ISO9001, IATF16949/TS16949. Familiar with PCBA manufacturing processes, quality standards, and technical applications in the electronics industry. Extensive experience in handling SMT process issues. 4. With outstanding communication and coordination skills, along with strong project quality management abilities. 5. Proficient in the knowledge of quality management systems, including commonly used quality core tools. Has modern quality management theory and experience, and is familiar with various quality inspection methods and means. 6. Collect and analyze data, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to scientifically analyze process inspection results, and make timely and effective solutions to problems that arise during the inspection process. 7.
