1. Follow the brand strategy and reach sales target
達(dá)成品牌的策略及業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo):
A. Plan daily and monthly sales target for BA
訂定BA每日、每月及單品銷售目標(biāo)
B.Evaluate and analysis BA sales achievement, hourly sales output and customer purchase amounts
評(píng)估分析BA每月是否達(dá)成目標(biāo)、每小時(shí)銷售效率、顧客的購(gòu)買金額
2. Manage and dig the potential of counter BA管理并發(fā)揮專柜BA的銷售潛力:
A. Observe BA in counter, familiar with their advantages and
disadvantages, and whether they have correct products knowledge. Then
cooperate with training department to improve BA skills.
觀察BA銷售現(xiàn)狀,了解BA銷售的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn),以及是否有正確的產(chǎn)品知識(shí),以幫助BA改進(jìn),并反映和要求培訓(xùn)部門給予配合。
B.Timely report the disputes and daily management issues occurred between BA, and suggest solutions
日常管理上的問題,并建議解決辦法。
3. Correctly communicate and convey company information
正確的溝通和傳達(dá)公司信息:
A.Report information back to the company within the specified time, and
convey the company's message to the cabinet BA completely and correctly.
在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi),將公司要求的配合事項(xiàng)正確準(zhǔn)時(shí)匯報(bào)回公司,并且將公司的訊息完整
B.Familiar with competitor’s information and collect their marketing activities.
了解并搜集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)品牌的活動(dòng)訊息。
