裝飾裝潢工程室內(nèi)裝飾家裝工程裝飾裝修
職責(zé)描述
1. 負(fù)責(zé)深化設(shè)計(jì)工作，完成全套施工圖繪制；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)并轉(zhuǎn)換成施工圖之各項(xiàng)細(xì)節(jié)圖紙；
3. 負(fù)責(zé)參與項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的配合與交涉；
4. 負(fù)責(zé)工程項(xiàng)目的施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)變更及竣工圖制作；
5. 負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行圖紙整改，解決施工難點(diǎn)；
6. 協(xié)助配合在各項(xiàng)材料以及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度上跟進(jìn)。
7. 完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)；
任職要求:
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷，建筑學(xué)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2. 有3年以上建筑、裝飾設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉建筑的設(shè)計(jì)工作；
3. 熟練使用各類設(shè)計(jì)軟件；
4. 較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，富有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能承受一定的工作壓力。
