職責(zé)描述
1. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)師的前期方案建模工作，獨(dú)立完成各類型項(xiàng)目室內(nèi)空間效果圖的全流程制和創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)效果圖表現(xiàn)；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)意向圖,繪制效果圖,根據(jù)配色設(shè)計(jì)方向,PS后期效果圖,歸檔效果圖模型資料文件；
3. 負(fù)責(zé)效果圖方案及修改，配合完成項(xiàng)目；
4. 負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)行效果圖模型庫(kù)、材質(zhì)庫(kù)等檔案資料體系的建設(shè)與完善;
5. 完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)；
任職要求:
1、大專以上學(xué)歷，建筑、環(huán)藝、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、3年以上室內(nèi)空間效果圖制作工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有豪宅、別墅室內(nèi)外效果圖表現(xiàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、精通電腦效果圖制作，能熟練使用3DMAX/VR/CR、SketchUp、Photoshop等相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件；
4、熟練掌握室內(nèi)外各種渲染及表現(xiàn)技法，能獨(dú)立而高效地完成渲染、后期；
5、有良好的溝通能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
