The Assistant to the R&D Director plays a pivotal role in supporting the R&D department by managing junior engineers and staff, overseeing the creation and maintenance of high-level design documents, and ensuring the implementation of departmental policies and procedures. This position is crucial for facilitating effective communication and the execution of tasks and projects within the R&D team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in electronics hardware and software, exceptional documentation skills, and fluency in English (CET-6).

Key Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé):
1.Assist the R&D Director in managing and mentoring junior engineering staff. 協(xié)助研發(fā)總監(jiān)管理和指導(dǎo)初級工程人員。
2.Responsible for the creation, review, and oversight of high-level technical documentation. 負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)建、審查和監(jiān)督高級技術(shù)文檔。
3.Facilitate the dissemination of tasks, projects, and design documents to relevant team members. 促進(jìn)向相關(guān)團(tuán)隊成員傳播任務(wù)、項目和設(shè)計文檔。
4.Conduct R&D inductions and provide comprehensive walkthroughs and training to new staff on the department’s policies, procedures, and guidelines. 進(jìn)行研發(fā)入職培訓(xùn),并為新員工提供有關(guān)部門政策、程序和指南的全面演練和培訓(xùn)。
5.Reports directly to the R&D Director on progress and ongoing project statuses,
ensuring timely updates and effective communication of any critical issues or

Required Skills 崗位要求:
1.Must possess CET-6 certification and speak fluent English. (Requirement) 必須擁有CET-6 證書(或同等證書)并具備熟練的英語口語、聽力和寫作能力。(要求)
2.Required to have a strong English technical terminology equivalent to that used in Chinese. 需要精通中英文電子硬件及軟件的技術(shù)術(shù)語。
3.Documentation skills are crucial, including writing, reading, reviewing, tracking, and editing documentation. 文檔技能至關(guān)重要,包括編寫、閱讀、審閱、跟蹤和編輯文檔。
4.Intermediate knowledge of PCB schematics and layout. PCB 原理圖和布局的中級知識。
5.Intermediate knowledge of electronics hardware design. 電子硬件設(shè)計的中級知識。
6.Basic understanding of software programming languages, such as C and C++.對軟件編程語言(例如C 和C++)有基本的了解。
