崗位職責(zé):
1. Responsible for managing and maintaining the HR system to guarantee that all data is updated promptly.
2. Responsible for handling system procedures related to employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and resignation.
3. In accordance with the standardized HR processes and operational guidelines, monitor the execution and effectiveness of various procedures, offer suggestions for optimization, and ensure that the processes remain efficient and compliant.
4. Responsible for generating various HR report.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

2. 負(fù)責(zé)員工入、轉(zhuǎn)、調(diào)、離等手續(xù)的系統(tǒng)辦理;?
3. 根據(jù)學(xué)校統(tǒng)一的HR工作流程與操作規(guī)范,跟蹤各項流程執(zhí)行效果,提出優(yōu)化建議,確保流程高效、合規(guī);
4. 負(fù)責(zé)各項人力報表數(shù)據(jù)輸出;
5. 完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事宜。
任職要求:
Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above
Language preference: Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Others:
1. 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those familiar with the human resources management within universities.
2. Proficient in using Excel and other data processing tools.
3. Be familiar with human resources policies, procedures and processes, as well as local labor laws and regulations.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, with attention to detail.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷
語言要求:較好的中英文表達(dá)能力和書寫能力
其他:
1. 1-3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗, 熟悉高校人力資源管理工作優(yōu)先;
2. 熟練使用Excel、其他數(shù)據(jù)處理工具;
3. 熟悉人力資源相關(guān)政策、制度和流程,并熟悉勞動法律法規(guī);
4. 高度責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊意識,注重細(xì)節(jié)。
此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
