工作職責(zé):
Responsibilities:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)日常辦公用品的采購和日常付款管理。進(jìn)行成本控制,檢查費用的合理性。
Responsible for the procurement of daily office supplies and daily payment management. Conduct cost control and check the reasonableness of expenses.
2. 供應(yīng)商的比價/申報/管理,以及合同的簽訂和歸檔。
Comparison/declaration/management of suppliers, as well as signing and archiving of contracts.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)固定資產(chǎn)/低值易耗品/辦公室的維護(hù)。
Responsible for fixed assets/low value/office maintenance.
4. 與公司有關(guān)的執(zhí)照年度更新和檢查事務(wù)。
Company related license annual renewing and inspection affairs.
5. 公司印章登記及更新。
Company stamps records register and updates.
6. 管理保潔人員,保持辦公室/會議室/公共空間清潔有序。
Manage cleaning staffs to keep office meeting room/public space clean and orderly.
7. 負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)審員工出差信息和酒店預(yù)訂。
Responsible for pre reviewing employee business travel information and hotel reservation.
8. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶接待,管理快遞服務(wù),安排會議室。
Responsible for receiving guests, managing courier service and arranging conference rooms.
9. 負(fù)責(zé)員工考勤及工時信息統(tǒng)計。
Responsible for employee attendance and timesheet statistics.
10. 負(fù)責(zé)更新員工名單和組織結(jié)構(gòu)圖。
Responsible for updating the staff list and organizational chart.
11. 負(fù)責(zé)員工檔案管理。
Responsible for managing employee files.
12. 協(xié)助人力資源經(jīng)理處理員工入職和離職事宜。
Assist the Human Resources Manager in handling the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
13. 協(xié)助人力資源經(jīng)理組織參加學(xué)校招聘。
Assist the human resources manager in participating in campus recruitment.
14. 協(xié)助人力資源經(jīng)理/行政經(jīng)理組織公司團(tuán)建、年會、博覽會等活動。
Assist the human resources manager/administrative manager in organizing company team building, annual meetings, expo and other activities.
15. 支持本地IT工作。
Support local IT works.
16. 上級安排的其他相關(guān)工作。
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
任職資格
Qualifications
1. College or above.
2. Major in Chinese, English, Administrative Management or related majors.
3. 1~3 years experience.
4. CET-4 or above.
5. Have basic knowledge in reception, file management, financial accounting, human resources, etc.
