1. Handle customer requests from IC offices, prepare offers and create order confirmations
處理內(nèi)部公司詢價(jià), 報(bào)價(jià)并確認(rèn)訂單
2. Follow up closely with agent for ship’s schedule and allocate resources to deliver our service on time upon customer’s request
與代理持續(xù)跟進(jìn)船期并整合各方面資源確保按客戶要求及時(shí)安排服務(wù)
3. Preparation of required service documents/boarding materials and follow-up documents when briefing and debriefing of service
配合派工及服務(wù)完工匯報(bào), 準(zhǔn)備所需服務(wù)報(bào)告及相關(guān)登輪材料以及任何后續(xù)跟進(jìn)服務(wù)的相關(guān)資料
4. Provide timely and efficient support to Service Engineers during job execution in coordination with technical and spares department
協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)及配件部門,為服務(wù)工程師提供及時(shí)有效的支持
5. Take charge of close coordination between clients and Palfinger when service undergoing
在服務(wù)進(jìn)行過(guò)程中, 負(fù)責(zé)與客戶的及時(shí)溝通與協(xié)調(diào)
6. Alignment with sales manager/sales coordinator for any ourstanding findings and follow-up service
與相關(guān)銷售人員保持對(duì)接, 特別是服務(wù)當(dāng)中的發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)和任何跟進(jìn)服務(wù)需求
7. Assist Service Manager to collect historical datas and make analyse to help to work out strategy
協(xié)助服務(wù)經(jīng)理收集歷史數(shù)據(jù), 加以分析以幫助制定新的公司戰(zhàn)略
8. Superior can delegate other tasks

1. Good communication in both Mandarin and English
