Main tasks & responsibilities
1. Internal & central contact person, managing the bidding processes and team according to sales strategy
2. Identify the required resources with the head of departments, keep regular communication with sales lead
3. Create bid time line, manage and control the timelines & progress in the bid process
4. Assign tasks to bid support team within the bidding process
5. Coordination of internal interfaces, mitigating conflicts, resolving and deciding on conflicts
6. Initiate project meetings & regular progress meetings
7. Check and assure full implemetantion and timely update of PFS document (Quality gates 1-4)
Desired Knowledge & Experience
1.Bachelor or above
2.English level CET 6 or above
3.Fluent in spoken English, good writing and expression skills in writing and replying to business letters
4. Proficient in using Office software
