About the role: As an order Specialist/manager, you will be responsible for the execution of purchasing orders, track the production process of orders, and ensure that orders are completed on time, in right quantity and with right quality. Complete the record and management work corresponding to the order.

Job Responsibilities 崗位職責:
- Execute purchase orders and procurement contracts, implementing specific procurement processes
- Responsible for the creation, confirmation, arrangement of shipment, and tracking of delivery dates for purchase orders
- Implement and improve cost reduction and control plans;
- Develop, review, and manage suppliers, maintaining relationships with them;
- Fill out relevant procurement forms and submit procurement analysis and summary reports;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the procurement supervisor.

Job Qualifications任職資格:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in e-commerce, business English, international trade, or related fields;
- Familiarity with office software.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience in foreign trade procurement;
- Familiar with procurement processes, good communication skills, negotiation skills, and cost awareness;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, quick-thinking, with strong teamwork spirit; candidates with strong English skills will be given priority;
- Good professional ethics and qualities, able to withstand certain work pressure.
本科及以上學歷,電子商務、商務英語,國際貿易類相關專業(yè)均可
能夠熟悉和應用辦公軟件
外貿采購行業(yè)3年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗
熟悉采購流程,良好的溝通能力、談判能力和成本意識
工作細致認真,責任心強,思維敏捷,具有較強的團隊合作精神,英語能力強者優(yōu)先考慮
有良好的職業(yè)道德和素養(yǎng),能承受一定工作壓力
