Assist with resolution of the technical problem of our materials emerged from customer’s product line during the manufacture process. (2)協(xié)助制定聚酰亞胺或其前驅(qū)體樹脂生產(chǎn)工藝流程，編制生產(chǎn)工藝指導(dǎo)書，指導(dǎo)技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行樹脂產(chǎn)線建設(shè)等工作。 Be responsible to build up and standardize the manufacture process of the polyimide resin including composing the manufacture procedure instruction, guiding to establish the resin producing line, and some other technical tasks. 主要職責(zé)： Responsibilities: （1）根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃進(jìn)行聚酰亞胺產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)，并制定相應(yīng)的技術(shù)路線及開發(fā)規(guī)劃； Develop novel polyimide product according to the company’s product planning and define the appropriate technical route and draw up the developing plan. （2）負(fù)責(zé)聚酰亞胺或其前驅(qū)體產(chǎn)品中試、生產(chǎn)工藝及流程的制定； Be responsible to build up and standardize the manufacture process for the large scale production of polyimide and its precursor resin. （3）負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)解決生產(chǎn)過程出現(xiàn)的工藝問題，確保產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性，降低產(chǎn)品缺陷率； Troubleshoot and solve the technical problem during production to guarantee the quality of product and reduce the creation of defects. （4）負(fù)責(zé)分析、判斷并指導(dǎo)解決聚酰亞胺相關(guān)產(chǎn)品在客戶產(chǎn)線上出現(xiàn)的問題； Analyze, define, and assist in tackling with the technical problem emerged from the customer’s production line. （5）負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行聚酰亞胺產(chǎn)品開發(fā)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的培訓(xùn)； Be responsible to give training to the R&D group in the key knowledge about polyimide and its development.
