職位概述 Position Summary
銷售工程師具有良好獨立工作能力和一定銷售技巧,能夠獨立處理銷售經(jīng)理所安排的任務(wù),并且協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理完成維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系、新項目報價等工作。
Sales Engineer owns good abilities to work independently and sales skills, which enable him/her to handle tasks arranged by Sales Manager alone and to support/assist Sales Manager’s job on maintaining customer relationship and new project quotation, etc.
職位要求 Qualifications
· 本科以上學(xué)歷;
University degree or above;
3年以上汽車行業(yè)銷售或客戶經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗;
Mature and experienced sales, working as an account manager in automotive industry at least 3 years;
· 良好的市場知識,包括穩(wěn)固的客戶關(guān)系;
Good market knowledge, including solid customer contacts;
· 良好的商業(yè)背景和意識;
Good business background and sensitivity;
· 良好的財務(wù)和成本核算常識;
Good finance and cost accounting;
· 項目管理的能力;
Project management capabilities;
· 愿意出差;
Willing to travel;
· 英語聽說讀寫能力流利。
Fluent English in both spoken and written.
職位職責(zé) Responsibilities
· 負(fù)責(zé)工程變更的報價并負(fù)責(zé)與客戶談判;
Responsible for the quote engineering changes and conduct negotiations;
· 負(fù)責(zé)新項目報價工作;
Responsible for the quotation of new projects;
· 提供技術(shù)演講以支持銷售業(yè)績增長目標(biāo);
Deliver technical presentations to support sales growth goal;
· 協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理管理中國客戶項目;
Support Sales Manager to manage customer interface for programs in China;
· 分析潛在商機(jī),更新目標(biāo)項目列表并每月報告客戶活動;
Analysis business potentials, update target program list and report customer activities on monthly basis;
· 收集市場信息,支持項目經(jīng)理制作客戶分析報告;
Collect Market information, supporting Sales Manager to do customer analysis report;
· 提高客戶滿意度,與中國整車廠客戶維持良好的關(guān)系。
Enhance customer satisfaction; maintain good relationship with relevant OEM customers in China.
