海外背景法律服務(wù)財(cái)務(wù)/審計(jì)/稅務(wù)
崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)起草、審查和修改各類商業(yè)合同、協(xié)議及其他法律文件(如勞動(dòng)合同、供應(yīng)商合同、租賃協(xié)議等);
2、確保公司在葡萄牙的運(yùn)營(yíng)符合當(dāng)?shù)胤煞ㄒ?guī)及歐盟相關(guān)法律要求;
3、為公司管理層和業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)提供法律咨詢,解答法律問(wèn)題;
4、與當(dāng)?shù)卣畽C(jī)構(gòu)等保持良好溝通,處理臨時(shí)緊急事務(wù);
5、協(xié)助處理公司與銀行及稅務(wù)之間的業(yè)務(wù)來(lái)往,如開(kāi)戶、對(duì)賬、稅務(wù)申報(bào)工作。
任職要求:
1、法學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,熟悉葡萄牙及歐盟法律體系,特別是商法、勞動(dòng)法、合同法、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法和數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)法;
2、流利的葡萄牙語(yǔ)和英語(yǔ)(書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)),具備中文能力者優(yōu)先;
3、高度的責(zé)任心和職業(yè)道德,能夠保守公司機(jī)密;
4、熟悉中國(guó)企業(yè)在葡萄牙的投資環(huán)境和法律需求者優(yōu)先;
工作地點(diǎn):葡萄牙(具體城市根據(jù)公司需求確定,如里斯本、波爾圖等)

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising various commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents (such as labor contracts, supplier contracts, lease agreements, etc.);
2. Ensure that the company's operations in Portugal comply with local laws and regulations and relevant EU laws;
3. Provide legal advice to the company's management and business departments and answer legal questions;
4. Maintain good communication with local government agencies and deal with temporary emergency affairs;
5. Assist in dealing with business dealings between the company, banks and tax authorities, such as account opening, reconciliation and tax declaration.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in law, familiar with Portuguese and EU legal system, especially commercial law, labor law, contract law, intellectual property law and data protection law;
2, Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken), Chinese ability is preferred;
3, high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to keep company secrets;
4, familiar with the investment environment and legal needs of Chinese enterprises in Portugal is preferred;
Work location: Portugal (specific city according to the company's needs, such as Lisbon, Porto, etc.)
