四、Communication有效溝通
? Communicates directly with the homeroom teacher(s) to whom they are assigned.直接向所分配的班主任老師(們)報(bào)告。
? May act as a translator when communicating with students and/or parents.在與學(xué)生或家長(zhǎng)溝通時(shí),充當(dāng)翻譯。
? Communication regarding the student’s performance is the responsibility of the homeroom teacher. The LA is not to report to parents how a child is performing at school, unless directed to by the homeroom teacher through a specific means (such as a data collection tool).Communication with the student’s parents must always be professional in manner and through school issued technology/email. All communication with the student’s parents should include the homeroom teacher.
