Job Responsibilities:
? Generate regular reporting on Sales performance (both outcomes and executions), providing insights on deviation vs. target to ensure that our executions are in line with our strategies
? Support sales target allocation and sales territory and structure tracking/performance/monitor
? Support customer segmentation and territory deployment and incentive moniotring
? Support the evolution of customer engagement model to an omni channel approach
? Perform other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Business or Operation
? At least 1 years’ experience in CE or SFE function, preferably in Pharmaceutical industry
? Show integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment
? Good learning agility, able to swiftly pick up new knowledge around customer approach, market dynamics, and new technologies
? Sound interpersonal skill - Demonstrates willingness and capability to collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, MAF and other relevant departments.
? Be able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
