Specialist / Operation Support Specialist
一、 Responsibilities
1. Lead Management: Collect, qualify and distribute overseas sales leads;maintain the CRM system to ensure efficient follow? up on potentialcustomers.
2. Order & Project Tracking: Assist Project/Sales Managers in tracking the end? to? end order cycle; coordinate with factory, logistics, and quality teams; provide timely status updates anddrive issue resolution.
3. Process & SOP Optimization: Draft and refine operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); conduct regular reviews and implement efficiency improvements.
4. Cross? Functional Coordination: Liaise closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technical Support teams to ensure quotes, contracts, and shipping processes are standardized and seamless.
5. Marketing Event Support: Support preparation for overseas exhibitions, webinars, and online campaigns; compile event kits, equipment manuals, and presentation materials.
6.Data Analysis & Reporting:Regularly consolidate operations and sales metrics (e.g., lead conversion rate, order fulfillment rate, customer satisfaction); prepare KPI dashboards toprovide visual insights for leadership.
7.Business Trip Support: Undertake occasional domestic and international travel as required; participate in on? site customer visits, equipment installation/commissioning, and after? sales follow-up.
二、Requirements
1. Bachelor ’ s degree or above in HVAC Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
2. 1–3 years of operations/maintenance or sales- support experience in the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.

3. 流程及 SOP 優(yōu)化:編寫并完善運(yùn)營流程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)流程(SOP),定期評審并推進(jìn)效
率改進(jìn)
4. 跨部門協(xié)調(diào):與產(chǎn)品、市場、財(cái)務(wù)、技術(shù)支持等團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密對接,確保報(bào)價(jià)、合同及發(fā)貨

5. 市場活動(dòng)支持:協(xié)助籌備海外展會(huì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)研討會(huì)及線上推廣,整理展會(huì)資料包、設(shè)備手
冊及演示文檔
6. 數(shù)據(jù)分析與報(bào)告:定期匯總運(yùn)營和銷售數(shù)據(jù)(如線索轉(zhuǎn)化率、訂單完成率、客戶滿意度
等),編制 KPI 報(bào)表,為管理層決策提供可視化支持
7. 臨時(shí)及出差支持:根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要,接受不定期國內(nèi)外出差,參與現(xiàn)場客戶拜訪、設(shè)備安
裝調(diào)試及售后回訪
二、任職要求
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,暖通工程(HVAC)、工業(yè)工程、機(jī)械工程、環(huán)境工程或相關(guān)專業(yè);
2. 1–3 制造業(yè)或工業(yè)設(shè)備及相關(guān)行業(yè)運(yùn)營/運(yùn)維或銷售支持經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. 英語語言能力優(yōu)秀,CET- 6 及以上,具備良好的聽說讀寫能力
4. 熟練使用 Office 辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PPT),具備基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能夠運(yùn)
用圖表和報(bào)表幫助團(tuán)隊(duì)洞察運(yùn)營瓶頸;
5. 溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng),責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和抗壓能力;
6. 能接受不定期出差,服從公司的安排,具備較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行力和適應(yīng)能力。
