崗位職責： · Responsible for working out the annual and monthly maintenance plan for equipment 負責制定年度、月度設備維護計劃； · Supervise and check the implementing of maintenance plan for equipment, continuous adjusting and improve the maintenance plan for equipment. 監(jiān)督檢查設備維護計劃的執(zhí)行，并做持續(xù)調(diào)整和改進； · Working out the improvement schemes for equipment problem that are found out in equipment maintenance and then organize implementation, take part in working out improvement schemes for tooling problems. 對設備中發(fā)現(xiàn)的設備問題制訂改進方案并組織實施，對工裝問題參與制訂改進方案； · Guide to solve the emergency happening regarding the equipment and tooling, the failure that can’t be solved need to report to the department manager. 指導解決設備、工裝出現(xiàn)的突發(fā)事件，對不能解決的故障上報部門經(jīng)理； · Draw up and update the annual safety inventory for spare parts and then monthly check the actual inventory, optimize the safety inventory for spare parts existing problems. 編制和更新備件年度安全庫存并每月檢查實際的庫存，對有問題的備件安全庫存進行優(yōu)化； · Summarize,improve and track monthly as well as weekly the failure analysis of equipment. 每月、每周的設備故障分析匯總和改進跟蹤； · Work out the annual budget for equipment maintenance and then monitor the budget. 制定年度設備設施維護預算，并對預算進行監(jiān)控； · Responsible for assessment monthly performance for the maintenance personnel, work out the improvement plan for employee of unqualified performance. 負責月度維修人員績效的評定，對績效不合格員工制定改進計劃； · Cooperate with process and quality to achieve all kinds of improvement in products and quality. 配合工藝及質(zhì)量做好各項產(chǎn)品改進及質(zhì)量改進工作； · Confirm the quality status of equipment and tool for outsourcing of repair and maintenance. 對外委維修和維護設備、工具的質(zhì)量狀態(tài)進行確認；

任職要求：

· Bachelor or above degree related major in mechanical / electrical engineering.

本科及以上機械或電氣工程相關(guān)學歷；

· More than 5 years’ work experiences in manufacturing industry of equipment management and，trouble shoot especially in PLC system. 5年及以上制造業(yè)設備管理經(jīng)驗和故障處理，特別是PLC系統(tǒng)； · Be familiar with TPM. 熟悉TPM · Have knowledge for PC application 有PC應用知識 · Be familiar with high and lower voltage circuit. 熟悉高低壓配電 · Be familiar with quality system. 熟悉質(zhì)量體系 · Must have goodcapacity for problem solving. 有良好的問題解決能力
