Responsibility 崗位職責:
· Support, supervise and coach resolution-oriented SAP infrastructure for global Component Sales and Spare Parts Sales Teams
· Take care and resolve operative SAP Help Tickets.
· Capturing the needs of SAP key users in Korea, China & Switzerland, carry out process improvements with IT & SAP Experts and check whether the changes meet the requirement.
· Support, roll-out, supervise and train CN Sales team for new digital ticketing system (JIRA) or other possible new reporting systems.
· Update, maintain and ensure efficient internal Component Sales and Spare Parts sales processes and roll out to the team.
· Maintain SAP training documentation for the Sales teams
· Support and improve Sales Management SAP reporting data and system.
Professional Skills 專業(yè)技能要求:
· Advanced SAP S/4 HANA knowhow for sales and warehouse transactions (SD & MM modules).
· Min. 5-10 years SAP experience in similar position
· Excellent Microsoft Office know how, specifically for Excel.
· Experience for process maintenance and development
Languages 語言要求:
· Fluent Chinese and English in speaking and writing.
Education教育背景要求:
BSc degree with further education for ERP IT applications or similar.
