HKUST(GZ) has obtained approval from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and become the first legally-independent educational institution co-established by the Mainland and Hong Kong since the announcement and implementation of the “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and the “Overall Plan for Deepening Globally Oriented Comprehensive Co-operation amongst Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in Nansha of Guangzhou”. In response to the increasingly complex challenges faced by the rapidly changing world, HKUST(GZ) adopts a brand-new and cross-disciplinary academic structure featuring “Hub” and “Thrust” to substitute the conventional one characterized by “school” and “department”, facilitating cross-disciplinary integration while vigorously developing emerging and frontier disciplines. This is a groundbreaking move in the higher education community across the globe. HKUST(GZ) comprises four Hubs, namely Function Hub, Information Hub, Systems Hub, Society Hub and 16 thrusts. The admission of undergraduate students begins in 2023, with the first batch of programs covering artificial intelligence, data science and big data technology and smart manufacturing engineering. HKUST(GZ) is located at No.1 Duxue Road, Qingsheng Hub Cluster, Nansha District, Guangzhou. The campus covers an area of about 1,669 mu (111.3 hectares) and is divided into two construction phases. The first phase covers an area of about 716 mu (47.7 hectares) with a floorage of about 636,000 square meters (63.6 hectares), which had been officially put into use in September 2022. The design of the campus blends natural scenery with architecture, with key cutting-edge technologies for energy conservation and environmental protection adopted during the design and construction process, in a bid to establish the campus as a new benchmark of green, smart and sustainable development. 崗位職責(zé)： 1. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校消防設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、定期檢查及維修管理工作，包括滅火器、消防栓、消防水系統(tǒng)、消防電系統(tǒng)、噴淋系統(tǒng)、氣體滅火系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備等設(shè)備，確保設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行； 2. 負(fù)責(zé)定期對(duì)學(xué)校內(nèi)的火災(zāi)隱患進(jìn)行排查和整改，包括電氣線路、疏散通道、易燃物品等的安全檢查，確保火災(zāi)隱患得到及時(shí)處理； 3. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)老舊消防設(shè)備的更新和改造工作，根據(jù)學(xué)校的需求和預(yù)算，進(jìn)行消防設(shè)備的升級(jí)和改造，提高設(shè)備的性能和效能； 4. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校內(nèi)火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行和管理，定期進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)和維護(hù)，確保系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行； 5. 負(fù)責(zé)配合學(xué)校安保部門的安全演練和指導(dǎo)工作，包括疏散逃生演練、滅火器使用培訓(xùn)等，提高師生對(duì)火災(zāi)應(yīng)急處理的技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 6. 配合學(xué)校安保部門對(duì)消防法規(guī)的宣傳，執(zhí)行以及政府部門的消防安全檢查，確保學(xué)校內(nèi)部的消防安全工作符合相關(guān)法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)； 7. 熟悉消防、電氣專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、施工、運(yùn)維全過程工作流程，確保校園消防、電氣設(shè)施安全可靠運(yùn)行。對(duì)消防、電氣系統(tǒng)異常進(jìn)行根因分析，制定并執(zhí)行改善措施，確保全生命周期的改善落地。 任職要求: 任職要求： 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，5年以上相關(guān)消防管理或消防設(shè)施設(shè)備運(yùn)行相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 2. 具有消防機(jī)電相關(guān)專業(yè)， 中級(jí)以上職稱、注冊(cè)消防工程師證者優(yōu)先； 3. 具備較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，能夠有效溝通和協(xié)調(diào)工作； 4. 工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、誠(chéng)信正直、耐心細(xì)致，能承擔(dān)一定的工作壓力和挑戰(zhàn)； 5. 擁有良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)溝通能力； 6. 有國(guó)內(nèi)大學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 This is a Mainland appointment, and the appointee will be offered a contract by HKUST(GZ) entity in accordance with the Mainland labor laws and regulations.
