Job responsibilities:
1. According to the company's process, be responsible for the sales of products & solutions in the region, and cooperate with the team to complete the region sales objectives;
2. Maintain and develop the market of the region in charge, and complete the new customer development target and target market share;
3. Manage the regional customer relationship, plan and improve the development plan of the target customer group;
4. Provide customers with the company's product solutions, be responsible for sales contract negotiation, order execution, payment collection and after-sales support, etc;
5. Sales channel development and management, brand promotion, market research and information collection of competitors in the region;
6. Provide guiding suggestions for product research and development from the perspective of sales and customer demand;
7. Identify key users and track them, and feedback relevant customer information to the superior manager in time;
8. Cooperate with other regions or offices in the project and fill in the project cooperation form timely and accurately;
9. Regularly report relevant business activities, market development and overall customer satisfaction status;
10. Work closely with the customer management team of local or global customers to grasp customer sales opportunities;
11. Keep close cooperation with relevant global departments or teams (sales support and product line departments);
12. Other tasks assigned.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical, automation, mechatronics or other related engineering;
2. More than three years working experience in multinational company, rich sales experience, with certain customer resources is preferred;
3. Love sales work, optimistic, diligent and practical, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
4. Excellent sales skills, strong customer service awareness, self-motivation and pressure tolerance, can adapt to frequent business trips;
5. Good written expression ability and computer office software processing ability.

6. 從銷售和客戶需求的角度,對產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)提供指導性建議;
7. 確定重點用戶并進行跟蹤,及時反饋相關(guān)客戶信息至上級經(jīng)理;
8. 同本地區(qū)及其他區(qū)域或辦事處進行項目協(xié)作,及時準確填寫項目合作表;
9. 定期匯報有關(guān)業(yè)務活動、市場開發(fā)和客戶總體滿意度狀態(tài);
10. 與本地或全球客戶的客戶管理團隊密切合作,把握客戶銷售機會;
11. 與全球相關(guān)部門或團隊(銷售支持和產(chǎn)品線部門)保持緊密合作;
12. 上級交付的其他工作。
崗位要求:
1. 大專或以上學歷,機械、自動化、機電一體化或其它相關(guān)工程類專業(yè);
2. 三年以上跨國公司相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,具備豐富的銷售經(jīng)驗,有一定客戶資源者優(yōu)先;
3. 熱愛銷售工作、樂觀向上、勤奮踏實、強烈的工作責任心及團隊合作精神;
4. 優(yōu)秀的銷售技巧,強烈的客戶服務意識,自我激勵和壓力承受能力,能適應經(jīng)常出差;
5. 良好的文字表達能力及電腦辦公軟件處理能力。
