Responsibility description
1.Responsible for the maintenance and repair of PVD, laser, and automation equipment, and promptly addressing any abnormalities with online equipment
2.Assist the equipment engineers in developing and implementing the equipment maintenance plan.
3.Drafting, writing, and improving documents such as operation manuals for relevant equipment.
4.Recording work related to daily inspections, post-maintenance verifications, and repair records for the equipment.
5.Completing other tasks assigned by superior management.

Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above, majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering, automatic control or related fields
2.Over two years of experience in the maintenance and repair of vacuum equipment (experience with PVD magnetron sputtering, lasers, and automation is preferred).
3.Familiar with the operating principles of vacuum coating equipment and methods for handling common equipment failures.
4.Strong hands-on skills and execution capabilities, along with good learning and communication abilities.
5.Accept overtime and shift work arrangements.
6.Comply with the company's confidentiality policies.

昆山協(xié)鑫光電材料有限公司昆山協(xié)鑫光電材料有限公司成立于2019年，主要從事大面積鈣鈦礦光伏組件的研究、開發(fā)及量產(chǎn)工作，致力于實現(xiàn)鈣鈦礦光伏技術(shù)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化。公司核心科研團隊由國家級“重大人才”范斌博士帶領(lǐng)，于2013年開始鈣鈦礦光伏技術(shù)的實驗室研究，已有十余年鈣鈦礦技術(shù)研發(fā)經(jīng)驗。目前，協(xié)鑫光電1mx2m鈣鈦礦單結(jié)組件已取得19.04%轉(zhuǎn)化效率成果，并獲得TüV萊茵IEC 61215和IEC 61730安全及可靠性認證；1.71㎡鈣鈦礦疊層組件轉(zhuǎn)化效率達到26.36%。2024年6月，中試研發(fā)線2050cm2鈣鈦礦疊層組件轉(zhuǎn)化效率達到27.34%，而GW級產(chǎn)線也預(yù)計將于2024年底竣工。25年起，協(xié)鑫光電轉(zhuǎn)化效率27%以上的鈣鈦礦疊層商用組件將持續(xù)放量。
